11 Mar Easter Afternoon Tea at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane
Teacups at the ready! The classic charm of British afternoon tea meets the elegance of French cuisine at newly awarded Michelin-starred Pavyllon London from Yannick Alléno, with a special Easter Afternoon Tea running on Sunday, March 31, 2024 in the heart of Mayfair.
Infused with a touch of Parisian magic, bring the family together and delight in a unique selection of sandwiches, innovative patisserie creations and a free-flowing tea selection from around the world including herbal infusions, black, oolong, white and green tea.
Begin with delicate finger sandwiches, including oak-smoked salmon sandwich with shiso butter and teriyaki sauce; roasted chicken sandwich with black truffle and Japanese mayonnaise; and a Hafod cheddar sandwich.
Sweet-toothed guests will love the generous selection of patisserie developed by Head Pastry Chef Hesky Meyer. Tuck into three tiers of carefully curated treats while relaxing in the restaurant’s beautiful surrounds. Savour the likes of marble cake; vanilla caramel cookie, mini baba; apple coriander tartlet; Pimm’s style jaffa cake; and an exotic pavlova. Don’t forget the “so British” scones served alongside orange marmalade and vanilla cream. What’s more, each guest dining will receive a luxury Pavyllon London caramel vanilla, praline and roasted hazelnut Easter egg to take home.
Set within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, Pavyllon London brings Chef Yannick’s refined neighbourhood dining style to the capital within one of Mayfair’s most prestigious addresses.
The Easter Afternoon Tea is priced at GBP 85 per person, which includes a chocolate egg to take away. Served from 2:30 to 4:30 pm.
